1.PASSPORT RENEWAL for Russian citizens.
Necessary documents:
Original internal passport.
Original abroad passport.
6 coloured or black and white photos (3,5x4,5 cm).
The documents need to be presented at the Honorary Consulate in Ancona, and the passport has to be retained directly in Rome.
2. AUTHORIZATION for marriage.
Necessary documents:
Original birth certificate.
Original internal passport.
Original abroad passport.
For divorced: original divorce certificate.
For widowers: original death certificate of the consort.
The documents need to be presented at the Honorary Consulate in Ancona that will provide the certification to the applicant.
3. IDENTITY CERTIFICATION released if the translation of the name, surname or other personal data from Russian to Italian has had different interpretations (Ex. The surname “Sofranchuk” may be translated as “Sofranchuk” or “Safranchyk”).
Necessary documents:
Original documents where the personal data has been translated in different way.
Original internal passport.
Original abroad passport.
The documents need to be presented at the Honorary Consulate in Ancona that will provide the certification to the applicant.
4. Preparation of the documents FOR THE ITALIAN NATIONALITY (for Russian citizens):
Or receipt and authentication of the criminal record with apostille (*);
or receipt and authentication of the birth certificate with apostille (*).
Necessary documents: copy of the internal passport with the stamp of the registration in Russia, delegation.
(*) APOSTILLE is a certification that validates the authenticity of a public document for the international use. It replaces the authentication of the document made at the Embassy of the Nation where it will be used, it is admitted only in the nations subscriber of the 1961 Hague Convention, and it must be affixed from one of the Authorities identified in the Convention itself.
5. Handling practices for obtaining VISAS FOR RUSSIA for Italian citizens (in some cases it is possible to apply for a multiple-entry visa).
Necessary documents:
Passport valid for at least six months from the alleged date of departure.
One passport photo.
One medical insurance (it will be possible to do it also at our Consulate).
The original invitation from Russia (it will be possible to do it also at our Consulate).
The documents need to be presented at the Honorary Consulate in Ancona that will provide the visa to the applicant.
6. LEGAL, ATTESTED AND NOT ATTESTED TRANSLATIONS from Russian to Italian and vice versa.
Necessary documents:
Original documents to be translated (it will be required a stamp in case of need).
7. AUTHENTICATION OF THE SECONDARY EDUCATION AND UNIVERSITY DOCUMENTS obtained in Russia.
Necessary documents:
Original Secondary Education Graduation and University Degree, both with Apostille released from the Ministry of Education and Training of the Russian Federation.
The documents need to be presented at the Honorary Consulate in Ancona that will provide the “Statement of local value” through the Italian Consulate in Russia.
